How To Overcome The Secret Thing That’s Holding You Back

Today we’re gonna get deep.

A lot of times when we want to lose weight, there are the normal reasons - feel better, healthier, fit into clothes, confident, etc. 

But sometimes we run into roadblocks on the way there. And if you’re just following a diet plan, it’s hard to uncover what’s slowing you down. 

In my work with clients, the more we work together, we often find that beneath the surface there is a limiting belief holding them back. In the secret recesses of our brain there might be a voice that whispers painful thoughts that feel true.  

Here’s a few examples of real comments from real clients.

  • “There’s something wrong with me. I think I’m broken” 
  • or “I’ll only find love if I’m skinny – but I’m not so I must be unlovable.” 
  • Or “in my family when I was little, love was conditional based on how I behaved or how I looked” 
  • or the all time favorite that pretty much sums it all up…. “I am not enough”.

Today we’re going to talk about:

  1. Where those beliefs come from.
  2. How to identify them.
  3. And most importantly, how to choose a new story to help move yourself towards FREEDOM.
